LocationLouisville Prosthetics is conveniently located just minutes from the hospital campuses downtown. We are very close to the University of Louisville, Jewish, and Norton Hospitals. With close access to Interstates 64, 65, and 71, we are easily accessible from all surrounding areas. HoursOur office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Appointments are requested to be made in advance to ensure that each of our patients receive the necessary time and attention that they deserve. We realize that emergencies occur, and if your immediate attention is needed we will do our best to make the necessary arrangements. Reimbursement
There
is no charge for a consultation with one of our practitioners.
Our staff will assist you with the necessary forms and
authorizations for your insurance company. We are a contracted
provider for Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans Administration, and most
private insurances.
